Asian Kale Chips
Let’s face it: we’ve all been there, staring down a bag of chips, knowing that it’s standing between us and those cuts we crave in our abs. Our dear friend Rebecca from Cakewalk Catering felt our pain and came up with this delicious recipe for Asian Kale Chips. Soooo good! #cheatclean ladies and enjoy! 2 handfuls of Kale, washed and dried well
1 TBsp sesame oil
2 tsp soya sauce
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
zest of 1/2 lemon
Preheat oven to 350 F
Mix wet ingredients, zest & seeds in a large bowl to combine. Add kale and toss well so all the leaves are wet and well coated. Spread in an even layer on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 8-12 minutes checking for crispness at the 8 minute mark. If they are still a little wet flip them and continue baking, checking every 2 minutes.
(we found that red and green curly kale make the crispiest chips)
