Buy Protein Online – Protein Store
ou have come to the right place to buy protein online! There are many different brands and types of protein supplements for women to choose from, so let me be of help when it comes to selecting the one that is right for you. The two types of protein supplements for women that I highly recommend are:

Whey protein is considered a “complete protein” and is derived from cow’s milk but doesn’t contain lactose. The purest form is whey protein isolate. Whey protein naturally contains all the branch chain amino acids (BCAA’s) your body uses every day. When you consider all your choices when you buy protein online, whey protein should be at the top of the list.
Eggs are also a “complete protein.” There are approximately 6 grams of protein per whole egg, with 3.6 of those grams in the egg white alone. Egg white’s contain no cholesterol and egg white supplements are a great alternative or companion to whey protein.
When you buy protein online, consider supplements in liquid and powder form. Try both kinds to see what you like. I use both powder and drink liquid protein drinks. I also eat protein bars for snacks and there are a wide variety of yummy bars to choose from. When I travel I usually take powdered protein with me and take small plastic 8oz. protein drinks in my checked bag. I personally prefer my chocolate and vanilla flavored protein in powder form to blend into a smoothie, while I typically drink fruit flavored ready-to-drink protein.
There are a lot of flavors and options to choose from. The most important factor to look for when you buy protein online is the quality of the protein supplement. I will help you navigate the choices.
There are many reasons that I do not recommend women supplement with
soy protein. Most protein bars contain some if not all soy protein. I am mindful of this and always look at how much soy the bars contain. I only eat bars with little or no soy in them. Note that whey protein is one of the most absorbable in your body…around 95% absorbed with 5% waste. Whey protein isolate can be 99.5% absorbable. Soy protein averages 68% so there is a lot of waste. When you buy a soy protein bar, for instance, that advertises 10-grams of protein, your body is really only absorbing 6-7 grams of it.
Have you ever eaten a lot of soy? Have you eaten edamame at a restaurant, for instance, and ended up feeling gassy and bloated? That’s what the “waste” portion of the soy can do to many people.
