A staple for my weekly workouts is to exercise with an exercise ball. There are an endless variety of exercises and stretches that can be accomplished on the exercise balls and they are absolutely one of my favorite pieces of exercise equipment. Exercise balls are easy to store in a closet, child-friendly, cost-effective and one of the most versatile of all exercise equipment.
