High protein cereal is a healthy and convenient way to increase your protein intake each day.Protein takes longer for the body to process than carbohydrates, so eating protein will help you to feel full for longer.

As a busy mother of 3 I eat 3 meals a day and at least 2 snack. I try not to go more than 3 hours without eating so I keep a constant supply of amino acids to my muscles.
