Tiara Protein Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookies
As a mom of three kids, of course I have cookies in the house! But the secret to keeping Abs while indulging in cookies? Truthfully, quantity control is important. But another great secret? Tiara Protein Peanut Butter and Chocolate Cookies! These are sooo delicious. My children just gobble them up, and I’m happy knowing exactly what’s in them.
These aren’t as sweet as, say, an Oreo, but they definitely feel decadent and solve any sweet cravings I have. And let’s face it, one of motherhood’s simple pleasures is baking with your children. The smell the house gets . . . the look kids get as their creations turn into something recognizable – who wants to miss all that?
Tiara Protein Peanut Butter & Chocolate Cookies
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/4 Chocolate Tiara Protein Powder
2 tsp dark cocoa powder
2 large egg whites
1 tsp baking powder
Mix peanut butter and egg whites together until smooth. Add dry ingredients and mix until combined. Drop by 1 Tbsp balls on parchment paper-lined cookie sheet, or a silpat if you have one (if you haven’t started baking with one of these you absolutely must! What a great time-saver!) Squash the dough balls down so they are flatter.
Bake @ 350 degrees for 10 minutes for soft and chewy cookies.
If you like crisp cookies bake for 8 minutes then flip over and bake the other side for 4 more minutes.
